Chill and drink straight from the can, or the swizzle way: over crushed ice in a tall glass, stirring vigorously until frost forms on the outside of the glass.
Inspiration
We took inspiration from one of our cocktail bar’s most popular drinks to make a Thai version of a classic swizzle cocktail. It’s fresh and light and highly addictive.
How it’s made
We start with a blended Jamaican rum and infuse it with plenty of spices – galangal, ginger, clove and lime peel – and add clarified lime juice, mango, falernum and gum arabic syrup.
